1. Our service
MI Tech Wireless offers prepaid refill ordering for eligible US mobile accounts. We are an independent service and are not the carrier. Carrier names identify compatibility and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
2. Your order
You must be authorized to use the payment method and recharge the supplied number. Check the number, carrier, plan, and price carefully before paying. Orders do not activate a new service or transfer a number. Your carrier determines plan eligibility, credit application, coverage, and service availability.
3. Payment and fulfillment
Prices and the total charge are displayed in USD before payment. Card payments are processed through Stripe. A successful payment means we have received your payment; it does not mean the recharge is complete. Our team processes recharges manually and sends a separate completion notice. We do not promise instant fulfillment or a specific completion time.
4. Availability and errors
If a refill cannot be fulfilled as ordered, we will contact you using the checkout email. We will not substitute a different plan or increase the charge without your agreement. For a paid order we cannot fulfill, you may request a refund under our refund policy.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Contact us promptly to request cancellation before fulfillment. Completed prepaid refills generally cannot be reversed or transferred. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Use of this site
Do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another person’s information. We may decline or hold an order while investigating fraud or confirming eligibility.
7. Questions and changes
Contact info@mitechwireless.com about these terms. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date; the terms presented when you place an order apply to that order.
