Information we collect
For recharge requests, we save your name, email, phone number, selected carrier and top-up, and request status. The card entry screen does not transmit or save card details. If online payments are enabled in the future, the payment provider will handle card data and supply payment identifiers and status. Our server does not collect or store full card numbers or CVV codes.
How we use information
We use order information to process your payment, fulfill the requested recharge, send transactional updates, provide support, investigate errors, and keep business records. IP-based rate-limit identifiers and essential session cookies help protect checkout, tracking, and admin access. Hosting providers may keep ordinary security and access logs.
Service providers
Stripe handles payment details within its payment interface. Our hosting and email providers support the website and transactional messages. Information necessary to complete a recharge may be shared with the relevant carrier or fulfillment provider. We do not sell personal information or use this site for targeted advertising.
Cookies
This website uses an essential session cookie for checkout, security, and signed-in administration. Stripe may use cookies or other security technologies when its payment interface is loaded. This site does not install advertising or analytics trackers.
Retention and security
Order records are retained for fulfillment, support, accounting, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. Access is restricted to authorized administrators and service providers. Transmission uses HTTPS, and payment and email credentials are encrypted at rest. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Contact info@mitechwireless.com to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records needed for legitimate business or legal obligations. You do not need an account to order. The site is not directed to children under 13.
